What time do I need to check in and check out?
You can check in from 2pm.  Check out is 11am. To request an early check-in please contact Reception.

What are the reception opening hours?
Reception is open from 6.30am - 10.30pm. Outside these hours a night porter will be able to assist you.

Can I bring my dog?
We do allow dogs in our Courtyard rooms. The charge for this is £15 per dog per day.  Please note that dogs are not allowed in the hotel.

Yes we do have family rooms and some of our rooms can take an extra bed or cot. To book these please contact reception on 01553 675566.

Can I book a table in the restaurant even if I'm not staying at the hotel?

Are there vegan options available in the restaurant?

We have a large car park at the hotel.
