To obtain your own exclusive table you will require a minimum of 8 in your party, any parties under this number may be sharing with other parties. Maximum of 12 people per table, groups of more than 12 will be split across multiple tables. Please make your reservation with the events team - conference@knightshill.co.uk
A £20.00 deposit per person is required to secure the booking. This deposit is non-refundable, non-amendable and non-transferable and any lost deposits cannot be used against bedrooms, beverages or any other service the hotel provides. The final non-refundable balance is due along with your pre-orders by Friday 31st October 2026. If payment of the balance has not been received by Friday 31st October 2026, these places will be released and any deposits paid will be lost.
